My Cat Has The Runs
Question:
One *faint* possibility – has she had thyroid bloodwork? She’s young for the usual age (teens) of the onset of hyperthyroidism, & isn’t losing weight as is often typical, but one of its symptoms can be diarrhea. Hopefully, others will be along w/ other ideas. Hi Erin. Has the vet considered a food allergy or intolerance? Sometimes intolerance to a specific food can cause chronic diarrhea. What diet changes did your vet try? Has your vet run a complete blood panel? You might also want to consider a second opinion, which can sometimes help find the cause to chronic problem. Good luck and keep us posted. Erin, I use to have a cat with the same problem. I didn’t want to give him any expensive antibiotics, so I went to a more natural method. I found www.petmedicinechest.com and found the best probiotic on the market. Check it out you might be surprise. Tom – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> Hi and thanks for being here.
